• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• During peak seasons, sales, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

4. Delivery Time

• Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

• Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, regional restrictions, or courier delays.

5. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and delivery location.

• In case the package is returned to us due to failed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping.
