At 4 Sisters Art & Craft, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take great care in packaging and shipping our art and craft products. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please review the policy below.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order to be eligible for a return.

  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged products after delivery

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Items purchased during clearance or sale (unless damaged)

Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved due to damage or incorrect product, return shipping will be arranged by us.

  • If the return is due to any other reason, the customer may be responsible for shipping charges.
